General Spa information
The MAVIDA Spa area is a place of peace and relaxation (no mobiles please).
Please book your treatments prior arrival.
Up to 24 hours before your appointment you can cancel your treatment free of charge. If later, the full amount for the treatment must be paid.
To enjoy your treatment it is recommended to be at the spa desk 5 minutes earlier as scheduled.
Please note that children under 12 years are not allowed to use the spa area.
